Great product. Installed and working. Recommend the genuine sensor. I had 2 non genuine one read 19 the other 13, thermometer read 15. I bought a sensor online from somewhere else during COVID only to discover that the wiring is not there on the 1999 FZ105R. Instruction are good. To get the conduit through the firewall grommet I needed to push a wire through from the engine bay, loop it through a hole in the conduit then pull it back through. (Extra beer to figure this out)

Toyota 100/105 Series Outside Temp Kit

Product Details

Turns out, Toyota included the functionality of an outside temp display on all models of 100 & 105 series. Many people will discover the wiring is non existent, so this kit is here to help. If your model does have the wiring in place, look at our sensor and plug kit instead.

The reason this kit exists is because Toyota have covered the outside temperature LCD but left the functionality there, with some small modifications to the display panel you can gain this extra feature for very little cost. A creature comfort that is lacking in these older vehicles.
